For more than 22 years I have enjoyed connecting people with
the property they are looking for. The diversity of expectations
is as interesting as it is challenging and keeps me motivated.
Many clients place importance upon qualities of purpose and
consideration when choosing a realtor and of course everyone
wants everything done quickly and efficiently.
My skills and appreciation of people’s needs have matured over
the years to enable me to understand what they are truly
looking for in their new purchase whether it be a family home,
vacation home or a rental property to AirBnB.
My passion and interest in homes was fueled at an early age by
my father’s business as an architect. I used to enjoy
understanding why houses were designed a certain way and why
it was important. My mother was also a pioneering female
entrepreneur with her own business. She taught me the
importance of caring about customers and helping them in a
genuine way so that they will return.
My experience of well over 100 property transactions have helped
me evolve into a thoughtful and skilled negotiator to help
create a deal that works for the buyer and seller.
Many of my opportunities are referred to me from devoted
clients which makes me proud that I am living the values my
mother taught me and making my clients happy along the way.
